  • 2 Tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup yellow onions, finely minced
  • ½ cup molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 275℉.
  • Mix together salt, pepper and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Rub ribs on both sides with salt mixture.
  • Place the ribs in a large roasting pan and add the orange juice and water.  Tightly cover with foil. Place in oven and roast for 6 hours.
