Maple Bacon

Ingredients:
- 12 each sliced bacon
- 2 tsp rosemary, pick leaves, mince
- 1 tsp thyme, pick leaves, mince
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp korean chili flakes
Steps
- Layout bacon strips on a sheet pan lined with a bakers rack
- cook bacon half way in oven set to 375F.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl combine rosemary, thyme, mustard, maple syrup, sugar, and chili flakes, mix well.
- Brush mixture heavily on par cooked bacon.
- Finish cooking bacon until crispy and caramelized.
