Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
Posted in : Chicken, Sides & Appetizers, Spicy on by : wendland99This just might the best dip I have ever had, this recipe comes from the Kevin Dolder family which his wife Jenny made at a friends 2010 New Years Eve Party. Then I made this for the 2009 Superbowl party in Feb2010 and it took 1st place… yeah its killer!!!
Ingredients:
- 1 package softened cream cheese
- 2 cups cooked chunked boneless skinless chicken breast (rotisserie chicken is perfect)
- Frank’s Hot wing sauce
- 1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 bottle Marie’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Steps:
- Spread cream cheese on bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Mix hot wing sauce with shredded chicken and blue cheese dressing
- Pour on top of the cream cheese
- Top with Shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with crackers or chips!
