Recovery Smoothie

- 8oz. young thai coconut milk (or canned ‘light’ milk)
- 1 Tbsp Cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Avocado
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
- 1 pinched unrefined salt
- Ice cubes
Steps
- Combine all ingredients into blender
- Add ice to fill to 16 oz. measurement on blender
- Blend 🙂
- Serve
