- 4 c. jasmine rice
- 2 qts. water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 tbl. vanilla extract
- 1 gal. milk
- 2 16 oz. can of condensed milk
- 2 c. sugar
Steps:
- Soak jasmine rice, water, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla overnight.
- Blend ingredients with sugar for 3 min. cycles.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
- Add milk and condensed milk, whisk thoroughly. Adjust sweetening with sugar if needed.
